For the past 35 years, our main consultant has worked in the field of tax services. He is a renowned corporate tax advisor who has handled numerous significant and challenging issues. His career began with his recruitment into the government service through the Central Board of Revenue’s CSS examination and lasted until his resignation as an inspecting additional commissioner in 1985. In 1985, he teamed up with Mr. Osmani to start the Osmani & Afzal Associates associate company. He was then engaged right away by Exxon Chemicals Ltd, which is now known as Engro Corporation.

Osmani & Afzal Associates has since grown steadily under the direction of Mr. Muhammad Afzal. He is well renowned in the fields of tax compliance, tax representation, and strategic planning.

After earning a major in finance from Western International University in London, he returned to Pakistan and initiated his career with an internship at American Express Bank, followed by his initial practical training at KASB Brokerage Company. He ascended to the position of Senior Vice President after joining Osmani & Afzal Associates in 1998 as an assistant tax consultant. Mr. Sarosh possesses particular expertise in handling all matters related to offshore corporations and ensures his clients’ compliance with tax laws.

Furthermore, he focuses on providing services for project funding for large and medium-sized projects, forecasts future tax payments, and ensures compliance. Additionally, he is an excellent problem solver.

In 2009, he commenced his career at Osmani & Afzal Associates as an assistant tax consultant. Over time, he progressed to the role of vice president. Apart from managing all tax-related matters for businesses, AOPs, individuals, and salaried employees, Mr. Junaid also ensures that his clients are handled in accordance with the law. He has also offered tax advice to a diverse range of clients.
